Do you provide on-site support?
For selected bookings and larger projects, Five Twenty Five can provide coordination, briefing, scheduling, rehearsals and on-site support to help ensure smooth delivery.
What is included in a standard booking?
A standard booking covers only the agreed talent, role, date, time, location and usage confirmed in writing. Additional usage, overtime, travel, wardrobe, equipment, production support, rehearsals, exclusivity or AI-related use must be agreed separately.
Can booking content be reused later for another campaign or platform?
Only if the additional usage has been agreed in writing. Fees and permissions depend on the media, territory, duration, platform and purpose of the additional use.
Does Five Twenty Five allow AI usage of talent content?
AI-related use is not included in standard bookings. Any use involving AI training, face or voice cloning, digital replicas, avatars, synthetic media, dataset use or repurposing content through AI tools requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.
